By accessing or using EverLearn LMS, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with this Site Policy.

 

 

User accounts are created and managed by the organization or synchronized through an approved identity provider (such as Microsoft 365, LDAP, or Single Sign-On).

 

Public account registration is not available.

 

Users are responsible for:

 

Keeping their login credentials confidential.

Not sharing their accounts with others.

Logging out from shared or public devices.

 

If you require access or experience login issues, please contact your organization's LMS administrator.

 

 

Users must use EverLearn LMS only for authorized learning and training purposes.

 

Users must not:

 

Share their account with another person.

Copy, distribute, or sell course materials without permission.

Upload malicious software or harmful content.

Attempt unauthorized access to the system or other user accounts.

Disrupt the operation of the LMS.

Engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

 

3. Course Access

 

Course enrollment is managed by your organization or LMS administrators.

 

Access to courses, learning programs, assessments, and certificates depends on your assigned permissions and enrollment.

 

Completion requirements are defined by each course and may include activities, quizzes, assignments, attendance, or other learning requirements.

 

 

Unless otherwise stated, all learning materials available within EverLearn LMS—including documents, videos, presentations, quizzes, images, and other educational content—are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

 

Users may access these materials solely for authorized learning purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share them without prior permission.

 

 

EverLearn LMS collects and processes personal information necessary to deliver learning services, including user profiles, course enrollments, learning progress, assessment results, certificates, and system activity.

 

Personal information is handled in accordance with the organization's Privacy Policy.

 

 

The organization reserves the right to suspend or disable user accounts that:

 

Violate this Site Policy.

Misuse the platform.

Create security risks.

Breach applicable laws or organizational policies.

 

 

EverLearn LMS may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, security improvements, or unexpected technical issues.

 

Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize service interruptions.

 

 

This Site Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, organizational policies, or system functionality.

 

Continued use of EverLearn LMS after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
